Greys in Grand National 2008
Lots of people have been asking about grey horses in this year’s Grand National.
It seems as though a favourite strategy among many is to back a grey horse to win the national. However, this strategy wouldn’t have paid off on win only bets since 1961, when Nicolaus Silver won the big prize. In fact, only two greys have EVER won the national - see our Grand National Statistics page for more of these factoids.
