Here are the free UK & Irish horse racing backing tips for Friday 28 September 2007. Follow our staking plan, or a substantially similar one to maximise your profit potential and minimise your risk. Each way bets mean, on Betfair, halving your stake and playing half on the win market, and half on the place market (providing the race pays 3 or more places - and that the place price available is 2.0 or higher - if these criteria are not met, then bet win only, for half your stake.)
