Match Verdict
The Hawks were well worth their win, but Geelong must be disappointed with their inability to convert good possession into goals, as they had 9 more attempts at the uprights and failed to convert more than 23 times.
Luke Hodge (pictured) won the Norm Smith medal this time around, and was good value for it having kicked like a 9 year olds dream all day.
You can’t win Grand Finals without getting goals, though, and Hawthorn were deadly today.
