Those of us who bet on horse racing also want to watch it. It used to be the case that the only way to see live racing was to go to a racecourse, or the bookmakers. Not any more, in the UK there are two channels available on Sky Digital who offer horse racing programming each and every day: Attheraces and Racing UK.
Of the two, Attheraces is free, and also features the Irish and American Racing, whereas Racing UK is paid (currently £9.99 per month) and also shows other sports from time-to-time.
I prefer Racing UK’s presenters and info, though Attheraces is perfectly good.
One word of warning using both of these Sky Digital services: the pictures are delayed! If you are playing in-running on Betfair, be sure to remember that. There are layers out there who have SIS pictures beaming in faster, and who can therefore quite literally see what is happening before you!
