Your Grand National 2008 Tips

Its your turn to give a tip for the Grand National 2008. This is just a bit of fun for all of us before we turn to the serious business tomorrow of providing one of the most comprehensive guides to the big race you’re ever likely to read anywhere on this planet. And we’ll be doing it for free, as always!

Who will win Grand National 2008???

All you have to do is pick you’re top three tips for this year’s Grand National out of the following list (the only way to see what everyone else thinks is to tell us your top three, so there!):

If you need it, you can look at the Grand National 2008 Card here, complete with form, weights, jockeys, trainers, owners, headgear, our ratings & probably other things I forgot.

For the record, before we’ve finalised the ratings for the race, I chose Hedgehunter for old times sake (though he has a massive weight to lug round), Cloudy Lane as its a top horse, from a top yard, on top form, and D’Argent, because I’ve talked grey horses up this year for some reason!

Try it yourself.

And, once you’ve got your tips from what everyone else thinks, and told us your view, feel free to explain using the comments box below, or just go and take advantage of some Grand National Free Bets.

Well done - most of you got it right! A great National winner in Comply or Die.

  1. System Tipster number 2 says Cloudy Lane because his name has cropped up an awful lot during the past weeks media research, and Comply or Die because it sounds like the title of a James Bond movie (and also because Timmy Murphy has chosen to ride it over several others!).

  2. Opera Mundi has been withdrawn.

  3. There’s been a real move for Hedgehunter today - this would be a fairytale of epic proportions if the old boy were to get up!
